Print Marketing
For The Sycamore Arcadia, a high-end community of 16 homes each priced at over the $1M mark, I took into account that the design of the marketing materials would need to be geared towards families. I used a warm and inviting design to help families take a glimpse into what their life could be like at The Sycamore Arcadia.
The 28-page marketing books were printed on a matte paper to give it an earthy/outdoor feel pertaining to the “sycamore trees” where the name was derived. For the open houses, I also designed 7-foot pull-up banners placed throughout the properties with options of design elements to aid in building their dream home.
